Booking terms
- No smoking indoors — designated outdoor garden areas only.
- No pets, please.
- Long stays (over one month): refundable damages deposit of R1 000.
- Long-stay rates include a weekly full cleaning service and linen change.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy
- On arrival or during the stay — full payment for the booking may be retained.
- 0–14 days before arrival, or no-show — the full deposit may be retained.
- 15–28 days before arrival — 75% of deposit or 25% of quote (whichever is greater).
- 28+ days before arrival — 50% of deposit or 25% of quote (whichever is greater).
- Long-stay bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival — the first four weeks' quote may be retained.
